I recently took an ingame screenshot of Hitchhiker and applied a few filters to it in Paint.net. One of those filters gave the game a cel shaded look. I passed the image around the office at work and got such a good response that I decided to try and apply the style to the game at run time. As the games models are rather low poly the effect was not that pronounced so I added a few filters to different textures to make them stand out a little more. Check out the results below. Im still undecided if this is a direction I should take or not. For now the game is staying as it is but is this new style something you would like to see made permanent.
